Hotel-room coffee? Oh lordy...run - I repeat, RUN, do not walk - to the nearest coffee shop. Enter and proceed directly to the counter. Order 1/2 gallon of espresso with a cappucino on the side. Drink it all. Go to the bathroom. Repeat as necessary. I'm thinking of you!
Will chocolate help? . . Me, I always pack a wee tin of international house coffees Cafe Francais in the suitcase. It ain't latte, but it's so much better than hotel room coffee... It makes it possible to function long enough to GET to real coffee
There is a Starbucks on every corner of America...(unless you're desperate and your denizins are getting on your nerves...) Your mission, should you survive to accept it, is to find the nearest one and fake a stomach cramp to get to the front of the line...

I feel your pain. Repeat after me: "Where is the nearest Starbucks?" It has saved my children more than once.

But you _have_ got your knitting with you, right?
Or are the tremors too bad to allow knittng? In that case, wave the yarn under your nose and allow the wool fumes to relax you...

Oh you poor thing. I hope you took some cashmere or something with you.
If not, you're pretty much hooped. Go to some coffee store (not starf*cks, I beg of you) and get a thermos "to go".
